5. Cancellation details
Cancellation of the reservation must be completed through the IHG App, IHG WeChat Mini Program or by calling the designated reservation hotline before 6 p.m. (local time at the hotel location) 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours before 6 p.m. (local time of the hotel location), or if you fail to show up, the hotel will charge one room for one night according to the price of this event, and it will be credited to the credit card guaranteed at the time of booking. , taxes (if any) may be added. In addition, if you make a reservation for two nights or more and fail to show up or call to cancel your reservation before the specified check-out time on the second day of your reservation, the hotel will no longer retain your validly booked room.
6. Check-in rules
IHG Priority Club Silver Elite, Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Diamond Elite members and Intercontinental Ambassadors who are eligible for stay must book through the designated booking channel (IHG App, IHG WeChat applet or call Designated reservation hotline) customers who have made valid reservations. Members must present proof of IHG Rewards membership and valid booking confirmation (such as the "My" page in their WeChat mini program account) upon arrival at the hotel. Those who are unable to prove their valid membership status before checking out and leaving the hotel will be classified as ordinary guests, and the hotel will charge based on the standard Best Flexible Room Rate with Breakfast (excluding discounts).
Seven. Restrictions on this event
The room availability and specific discounts of participating hotels are subject to hotel room availability, and reservations may not be available during peak seasons. Room upgrades for IHG Rewards Club Platinum Elite members, Diamond Elite members and InterContinental Ambassador are subject to availability. Room upgrades are limited to the next-level listing type. Room upgrades are not available when booking a suite room type. Members must make a reservation before 6 p.m. 48 hours before check-in. Each time through the IHG App, IHG WeChat applet or by calling, they can reserve up to 2 rooms for weekend accommodation within the next 60 days. A credit card guarantee is required when making a reservation, and a deposit of the first night's room rate is required. 8. Other Terms
In addition to agreeing to the terms and conditions of this event, IHG Rewards Club members who participate in this event must also apply the IHG Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions to their actions. Accommodations for this event are non-discountable and cannot be transferred to other members or guests in the system.
